MUE 311 - Research and Evaluation


The course will introduce philosophical, historical, descriptive, correlational, causal-comparative, experimental, and arts-based research methods as utilized in music education contexts. Students will develop skills to facilitate formalized inquiry, including student assessment and program evaluation.

Prerequisite(s): Junior standing; ENG 100  or equivalent for all students; for students admistted Fall 2021 or later: ENG 102  or equivalent (may be concurrent), or non-degree student; OR permission.
