RHF 108 - SKY: The Practice of Happiness and Well-being In this course, students experience evidence based techniques as well as service leadership frameworks to support overall well-being. This class features breathwork, meditation, lecture, class discussion, experiential learning, and yoga, and it teaches students how to utilize the breath for quieting the mind and building resilience. The cornerstone of the course is the SKY meditation technique. During the semester, students attend a weekend retreat (3.5 hours per day over 3 days) in addition to weekly classes. The class also offers a unique opportunity for students to do a group or individual service learning project.
