EGN 321 - Plasma Engineering This course covers the fundamental theory and applications of plasma physics with emphasis on space plasmas. The topics covered in this course include natural plasmas such as the ionosphere, magnetosphere, auroras and the sun, behavior or particles in non-magnetized and magnetized plasmas, magneto hydrodynamic (MHD) equations and plasma fusion.
Prerequisite(s): PHY 116 , PHY 123 , and EGN 248 . Co-requisite(s): Credits: 3
