PSY 319 - Self Regulation This course will provide an overview of contemporary approaches to self-regulation. Specific topics will include motivation, self-control, mindfulness, metacognition, goal setting, planning, and goal monitoring. The self-regulation of learning, health behavior, emotion and affect, interpersonal relationships, and financial decision-making will be discussed.
Prerequisite(s): Grade of C- or higher in PSY 100. Co-requisite(s): Credits: 3
