ATH 520 - Health and Human Performance This course examines the advanced methods and techniques associated with the design of strength and conditioning programs to enhance human performance in sport and fitness. It addresses basic concepts related to exercise physiology, sports nutrition, human movement, and performance enhancing substances. The course is designed to prepare students for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.
