ESP 540 - Environmental Regulations This course is an intensive introduction to the federal and Maine environmental regulatory structure. This course is designed to provide basic competency in the knowledge and application of environmental laws and regulations, including air, surface water, drinking water, spill reporting, land use, and hazardous and solid waste.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate standing, acceptance into an accelerated graduate pathway, or permission of instructor. Co-requisite(s): Credits: 3
