ATH 503 - Acute Care of Critical Incidents Lab
Skills associated with recognition and management of acute and catastrophic conditions will be presented, practiced, and assessed. Hands-on activities, simulation, and standardized patient experiences may be utilized to apply and synthesize acute care knowledge, skills, and athletic training core competencies into patient cases. Certifications in emergency cardiac care and first aid will be obtained.
Prerequisite(s): Prior or current enrollment in ATH 502 .
