SPM 260 - Foundations of Exercise Science An overview of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed by fitness instructors to plan, implement, and evaluate safe and effective exercise programs. Emphasis is on exercise programs for individuals and groups.
Prerequisite(s): EXS or HLS major; grade of C- or higher in BIO 113 , BIO 114 , SPM 100 , SPM 101 or equivalent, SPM 219 , SPM 230 (or concurrent); junior level standing. Co-requisite(s): Credits: 3
