HRD 667 - Action Research and Evaluation Methodologies


This course provides an overview of the role of action research within organizations and community settings. Techniques in survey development and evaluation strategies are emphasized. A number of methodologies are presented, such as: the normal group, the Delphi technique, assessment centers, performance appraisal, interviews and observation.
