TAH 320 - Green Meetings and Events

This course is designed to provide an overview of sustainable event management and to show the ways in which environmental and responsible practices are impacting meetings and events, hospitality, and tourism industries. Topics will include pollution, waste management, transportation, carbon calculation, environmental design, sustainable venues, ethical catering, social responsibility, and marketing.
