TAH 424 - Hospitality Financial Management

This course covers intermediate and advanced topics in hospitality financial management, including accounting for lodging and food service businesses, performance metrics across various hotel types, profit and loss evaluation, topline growth, revenue management, and systems integration. It also provides an introduction to new business evaluation, renovation considerations, STAR reporting, and tax issues.
