TAH 497 - Independent Study in Tourism & Hospitality

This course provides students the opportunity to pursue a project independently, planning and exploring an area of interest within the field of tourism and hospitality. Most independent study projects are library based; all are intellectually sound and reflect a high caliber of performance. Specific content and methods of evaluation are determined in conjunction with the instructor. An approved proposal is necessary for class registration.
