BUS 376 - Advanced Topics in Strategy


An exploration of the topics and tools available for assessing and making strategic decisions. This course focuses on structured - often mathematically-based - ways to model and analyze important business decisions and on how to optimize choices while also appreciating the practical constraints and issues involved. Specific topics may vary by semester, given the strategic challenges occurring at that time. 

Prerequisite(s): Junior standing. Majors in the fall 2020 or later catalog must complete the pre-bus core with a min. of a C- or higher before taking any 300/400 Business course. See enrollment policy  for eligibility or contact the School of Business.
