NUR 356 - Community and Public Health Nursing


This course introduces the concepts and principles basic to the development and maintenance of the community’s health. The epidemiological process guides the survey of current major health issues. The course focuses on the health issues of groups in the community at local, state, national, and global levels. Must be completed prior to  NUR 341 .

Prerequisite(s): NUR 300 , NUR 301 , NUR 302 NUR 306 , NUR 307  or RN-BS Major designation
