BUS 365 - Consumer Behavior


This course examines alternative explanations of consumer behavior. Emphasis is placed on cultural, sociological, and psychological influences on consumption. Other topics include consumer decision processes and the way managers use consumer characteristics to segment the market and develop marketing plans. 

Prerequisite(s): BUS 260  (C- or higher), junior standing. Students with credit for BUS 165 or BUS 322  may not enroll. Majors in the fall 2020 or later catalog must complete the pre-bus core with a min. of a C- or higher before taking any 300/400 Business course.
