Actuarial Science Minor

This interdisciplinary minor is designed to help current USM students start a career in actuarial science. Students completing the minor in actuarial science will have a good foundation in the material needed for the actuarial industry’s first two exams and will have completed three of the industry’s Validation by Educational Experience (VEE) requirements.

Program Requirements

Minimum number of credits required for the minor: 32

Students must satisfy the following requirements with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0.
