Coastal border and broader marine regions are the vanguard for issues of global change, development pressures, competing uses, and conflicting claims. The course aims to explore, integrate, and synthesize information about physical, biological, socio-political, and economic aspects of coastal and marine environments to understand impacts of natural change and human activities over multiples scales and time periods.
