POS 335 - European Politics


This course examines political processes and governmental structures in Europe. It focuses especially on The United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Poland as specific case studies. Among the topics covered are: political parties, elections, voting systems, interest groups, legislative-executive relations, constitutional principles, political elites, leadership behavior, and bureaucracies.

Prerequisite(s): ENG 100  and POS 205 ; junior or senior standing.
