BUS 376 - Advanced Topics in Strategy An exploration of the topics and tools available for assessing and making strategic decisions. This course focuses on structured - often mathematically-based - ways to model and analyze important business decisions and on how to optimize choices while also appreciating the practical constraints and issues involved.
