BUS 322 - Sport Consumer Behavior This course will examine the personal, psychological, and environmental factors which influence sporting events and related product consumption. We will consider the determinants of both participate and spectator consumption behaviors at recreational, collegiate, and professional levels of sports. The course will utilize both a theoretical and applied approach to explain and demonstrate sport consumer behavior and its application to sport managers and marketers in developing marketing communications, enhancing the consumption experience, and identifying key elements of the consumer decision-making process. Students may earn credit for BUS 322 or BUS 365 , but not both. Non School of Business students please see enrollment policy for eligibility.
Prerequisite(s): BUS 260 (C- or higher), junior standing. Co-requisite(s): Credits: 3
